She is survived by: her daughters, Belinda Hooks Gallogly (Loren) and Barbara Hooks Vonk; her grandchildren, Amand Minton (Jason), Amber Warden (Emmitt) and Adam Vonk; and her great grandchildren, Zelda and Meyer.
