He is survived by: his daughter Destiny Newby (Allen) of Blue Mountain; his mother Arbell Phillips of Branch; and his siblings, Alice Simmons of Morrilton, Allidean Kee of Beebe, Maxine Curtis of Russellville, Calvin Collins of Dothan, Alvin Collins of Morrilton, Carl Dean Collins of Hot Springs, Charles Collins of Eads, David Collins of Branch and Ernie Collins of Paris. He is also survived by three grandsons and one granddaughter.
