He is survived by: his wife Becky Welch Capps; his children, Donna Weeks (Bruce), Tonda Marsee (John) and Dwain Capps (Monica); his grandchildren, Matthew Bullard (Rachel), Hailey Mick (John), Heather Capps, Whitney Sanders (Spencer), Claire Mitchell (Eric) and Bradley Capps (Kristie); and his sister Rita Gibbs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (3257 E Cottonwood Rd, Dothan, AL 36301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
