He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Piccola Bell; his siblings, Johnny, Wavon C, Charles, Frank, Seaven, Willard, Mamie, Ethel and Anna; and his mother-in-law Minnie Lee Key Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Bell; his children, Natasha Bell of Dothan, Alabama, William Bell of Dothan, Alabama, Shannon Bush (Anita) of Dothan, Alabama, John Bell of Dothan, Alabama and Rozelon Bell of Dothan, Alabama; his sisters, Victoria Davis of St. Augustine and Essie Pryor of Dothan; his father-in-law Moses Barkley; and his siblings-in-law, Willa McKinnie and Ted Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
