He was predeceased by: his father William Ashton Sullivan. He is survived by: his son Austin Sullivan (Tori) of Huntingburg, IN; his mother Helen Sullivan of Dothan; and his siblings, Lynn Mann (Jon) of Dothan, Carol Watkins (Mitchell) of Dothan, Bill Sullivan (Sharron) of Dothan, Louis Sullivan of Gainesville, FL and Tom Sullivan (Shanna) of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
