He is survived by: his wife Anne Burke Kelley; his daughters, Kathi Atkins (Brian) and Tami Todd; his grandchildren, Eli Howell, Mary Frances Howell, James Atkins and Leigh Anne Atkins; his brother Joe Kelley (Margeret); and his sister-in-law Charlotte Solomon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
