She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Dale Snell and Ruth Murphy Snell; her husband Jack Adkins; her daughter Tana Adkins McGhee; her sister Jeanette; her brother-in-law Lloyd Knight; her sister Gayle; her brother-in-law Taylor; her brother Gerald; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Snell and Jerome Baxley.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Adkins Armstrong (Eugene) and Tim Adkins (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Ben Armstrong (Traci), Martin Armstrong Jessica (Lynn), Ashley Michael (Trey), Austin Adkins (Kayla) and Baylor Miller; her great grandchildren, Harley Armstrong, Kala Elmore, Kyle Collins, Jack, Owen Carty, Lucy, William, Ruthie, John Wallace Michael, Lelan Diaz and Waylon Adkins; her great great grandchildren, Kendan, Chloi Miller, Josie Elmore and Charlotte Collins; her sisters, Peggy Baxley and Gloria Stringer (Morris); and also Ron McGhee.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
