He is survived by: his daughters, Elana (Joshua Worth) of Hazlehurst, GA and Diana (Will Denison) of Troy, AL; his grandsons, Nolan Andrew, Hudson and Barrett Worth; his spouse Brody; the mother of his children Sherry Barrett; his brother Roger; his sister-in-law Kaye Barrett of Niceville, FL; and his nephews, Rev David Barrett of Sunnyvale, TX and Mark Barrett of Orlando, FL.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Sound Ministry of Cloverdale Baptist Church, 806 Dexter St., Dothan, AL 36301.
