He is survived by: his wife Elaine Mitchell; his mother-in-law Barbara Carnell; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Carnell (Caroline), Debbie Carnell, Paula Gillis and Chrissie Bixler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
