He is survived by: his wife Joy Winelle Barefield Teal of Dothan, Alabama; his sons, Shane Eugene Teal (Nikki) of Skipperville, Alabama and Sean Eric Teal (Jamie) of Dothan, Alabama; his siblings, Dwight Teal (Ruthie) of Elamville, Alabama and Alice Gay (Donnie) of Napier Field, Alabama; his siblings-in-law, Faye, H. C. Gulledge of Blue Springs, Alabama, Buddy, Charlene Ward of Blue Springs, Alabama, Alece Barfield (late Eldridge Barefield) of Ozark, Alabama, Wayne, Shelia Barefield of Columbus, Georgia, Wiley and Cathy Smith of Abbeville, Alabama; his grandchildren, Halle, Collin, Ethan, Charlie, Sawyer, Christian, Jake, Cole and Scout; and his caregivers, Jescie Fontenot and Kenneth Gay.
