She was predeceased by: her father Don Creamer; her cousin Wesley Adam Deese; and her grandparents, Fred Tate, Kathleen Tate, Paul Straub and Jeannine Straub.
She is survived by: her mother Rita Straub Creamer Powers; her daughters, Courtney Bell (Christopher) of Panama City, FL and Skylar Marie Hasty of Prattville, AL; her granddaughters, Natalyah Hasty, Mercy Bell and Aunt Paula Deese (Blue); her cousins, Todd Deese (Jennifer), Amelia Bass (Wyatt) and Kimberly Shepard (Josh); and her sisters, Stephanie Anderson (Bo) of Cottonwood, Misty Money of Dothan and Lisa Simms of Calloway, FL.
