It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billye Jean Hardy in Dothan, Alabama, born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on October 11, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Hardy, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Larry Edwin Hardy, Jr., Amanda Young (Dirk), Cynthia Shirah (Berkley) and Shelly Hardy; her niece Melanie Boggs (Eric); her grandchildren, Josh Baker (Natalie), Zach Baker (Allyson), Erika Young, Erin Young, Emily Shirah Malcom (Gus), Isabelle Shirah Adkison (Crews), Andrew Shirah, Ashley Hardy, Jessica Cook and Josh Lyon; and her great grandchildren, Blaze Baker, Emery Baker, Eli Baker, Eleanor Baker, Emerson Baker and Everett Baker.
Flowers are being accepted or memorial donations may be made to Dothan First Church of the Nazarene in Billye Jean's honor.
