She was predeceased by: her parents, Maki Manabe and Sadagiro Manabe; her close friend Bill Schultz; her husband William Gavigan; and her daughter Teriko Gavigan.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Bradley Rushing and Amanda Guettler.
