He is survived by: his wife Tommie Jean Howton of Dora; his children, JoAnn Collier of Curry, Jamie Levan (Michelle) of Dora and Chris Levan (Tammy) of Blountsville; and his grandchildren, Justin, Matthew (Cody Levan), Adam (Brandon Howton), Jeff Denard, James Collier (Jason Taylor), Karlie Levan and Nicole Collier.
