She was predeceased by: her parents, John Watson and Lula Neumann; her siblings, Lyn, Larry Watson, Matha Watson and Glenda Howerton; her husband James "Jim" Benton; and her daughter Jina Benton.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Mayes, Tim Benton (Doris), Cindy Brown (Paula Mills) and Tammy Hart (John); and her sister Patti Simmons. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
