She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Clifton Skinner Sr. and Zumar Birdie Skinner; and her husband Max Gurley. She is survived by: her children, Sheila May (Rusty), Roger Gurley (Lacey) and Melissa Thomas (Chase); her grandchildren, Brian Duke, Tiffany Rutherford (Levi), Carsyn Gurley, Harleigh, Briar, River, Emery and Brooks; her great grandchild Jayden; and her sisters, Janet James (Henry), Wanda Files, Pam Underwood (Keith) and Lucy Skinner.
