She was predeceased by: her daughter Krista Nicole Culver; her granddaughter Chloe Elizabeth Neil; and her mother Phyllis Johnson Charlton. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Neil; her sons, Jason (Christine), Ethan (Mallory) and Ryanna Jean; her grandchildren, Ava, Alex, Alice and Audrey; her godchildren, Kristen, Jadah and Johnny Ray; her father Stephen Charlton (Sandra); her siblings, Jim (Robin), Kevin (Deidra), Chris, Barrett (Bethany), John David and Beth Anne Charlton; and her nieces and nephews, Patrick, Matt of Harrison, JAC, Cole, Joshua, Laura Beth, Leah, Allie and Lindsay.
