She was predeceased by: her father Michael W. Park; and her grandparents, James, Edna Alexander, Charles and Catherine Reaves.

She is survived by: her child Skylar Chambers; the father of her child Andy Chambers; her mother Cindy Beard (Eddie); her brother Micah Park; her niece Kensie Park; and her nephew William Park. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and other relatives.
