She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Phillips; her daughter LaJune Lewis; and her siblings, Dale, Paul McLain and Joyce Robinson.

She is survived by: her daughter Diane Clark (Jeff); her grandchildren, Patrick Clark (Jessica) and Kayla Cummings (Jerad); her great grandchildren, Taln, Avril, Hazel, Hadly Cummings and Mischa Clark; and her sister Paulette Brewer.
