He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Oneil and Sue Frances Stillwell; and his brothers, Randall Clyde Stillwell, Michael Mose Stillwell and Rex Freeman.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Lynn Stillwell; his children, John Wayne Stillwell (Chasity), Randall Edward Parker Stillwell (Kady), Stephen Joshua Cole Stillwell (Kelsey), Desiree Frances Stillwell and Randa Lynn Stillwell Bowen; his siblings, Stephen Dee Stillwell (Dana) and Regina Leann Powers; his grandchildren, Dekoda, Taylor, Alonna, Raelynn, Carter, Presley, Emmie Rae, Levi, Elijah, Makenna and Kamden; and his daughters, Jessie Lynn Cato and Ceajae Headley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
