He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Johnson and Virginia Johnson; his son Bruce Johnson; and his sister Ann Carter. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Johnson; his son Gregory Johnson; his brother Carl "Buzz" Johnson; his grandchildren, Brooke Johnson and Dylan Johnson; and his pet Everest.
