She was predeceased by: her husband Winfred M. Williams, II; her son Winfred M. Williams, III; and her parents, Lester C. Hudson and Allie B. Hudson. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Elizabeth Burgess, Erica Cox and Eliot Williams; and her brother Kermit Hudson of Pascagoula, MS. She is also survived by 3 Great Grandchildren.
