It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Jean Putman Wade of Dora, Alabama, who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Putman; her son Dewayne Putman; her husband Billy Wade; her parents, Elder Rader and Delilah Pennington Tolbert; and her siblings, John U. Tolbert, Sr., E. R. Tolbert Jr., Milton L. Tolbert, Dorothy Mae Cornelius and Sara Frances Burton.

She is survived by: her son Ryan Putman (Kerrie); her granddaughters, Hannah, Addison and Lynnlee; her stepdaughters, Billie June Wade and Donna Knight (William); her grandchildren, Angela Woodard (Andy) and Blake Knight; and her great grandchildren, Lydia, Lindley and Lizabeth Woodard.
