He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Rose Selman Brown and John William Mann; his stepfather Wayne Edd Brown; and his siblings, Teddy Burke Mann and Angell Waynette Brown Steadman.

He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Mann (Wendi) and Tammy L. McGinty (John); and his daughter Chelsea B. Mann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
