He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Nethery and Wilma Nethery; and his siblings, Bobbie Nethery, Martha Sue Nethery and Cecil Nethery.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Nethery; his grandson Sammy Lively; his siblings, Willodean Nethery, Wanda Fay Nethery and Carroll Nethery; and his niece Brenda Lively (Doug). He is also survived by several other cousins and other relatives.
