He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Lonzo Mullins and Arah Berry Mullins; and his siblings, Beatrice Garrigan (Bea), Frances Hallman, Bennie Barnett, Dee Lester Mills and Melvin Mullins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Melinda Sillivan (Bobby) of Sumiton, Sarah Montieth of Trussville and Lacy Mullins (Jean) of Jasper; and his caregivers, Donna Payne, Ashley Payne and Pam Rhodes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Mount Zion Baptist Church.
