He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Wade; his brother Harold Wade; his daughters, Billie June Wade and Donna Knight (William); his grandchildren, Angela Woodard (Andy) and Blake Knight; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Lindley and Lizabeth Woodard; his stepson Ryan Putman (Kerrie); and his children, Hannah, Addison and Lynnlee.
