She was predeceased by: her husband Willie "Buck" Norris; her children, Jimmy Lee Norris and Bonnie Sue Norris; her parents, Dolphus Prestridge and Minnie Lillian Prestridge; and her siblings, J. A. Prestridge, Ed Prestridge, Alta Mae Buchanan and Melda Fay Green.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Barnes (Karl) of Hoover and Linda Young of Dora; her grandchildren, Geoffrey, Gary Jr., Christopher, Daniel, April and Jimmy J; her great grandchildren, Broedy, Brandon, Brylee, Emily, Kristen, Gabi, Yancey, Sydney, Brittney and Jaxon; her great great grandchild Skylar; and her sisters, Lois Nelson of Double Springs and Betty Sue Humphries of Double Springs. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
