It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oscar Goodson of Dolomite, Alabama, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Holt Goodson and Jettie Mae Goodson (Dorothy Reaves Goodson); his grandson Kevin Lewis; his great grandchildren, Waylon Robert Burnette and Nichole Lewis; and his daughter-in-law Susie Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Lewis, Leon R Goodson (Vicky), Donna Casey (Jerry) and Keva Jones (Gene); his grandchildren, Kelly Lundy (Doug), Mary Brown (Adam), Melanie Fittzgerald (Richard), Timothy Goodson and Robert Goodson Ray Burnette (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Lacey Walker, Richard Lewis, Colby Lundy, Lizbeth Brown, Nathaniel Hall, Jobiekate Goodson, Novah Goodson, Harlii Goodson, Destiny Goodson and Abri Goodson; and his brother Paul Richard Goodson. He is also survived by sister, Sueanne French, several nieces and nephews.
