It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Stone of Detroit, Alabama, born in Alma, Alabama, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Clifton and Myrtice Clifton; and her brother Charles Clifton (Bobby Stone). She is survived by: her children, Richie Stone (Mitzi) and Sherri Armstrong (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Seth Armstrong (Sara), Tyler Stone (Tessie) and Hannah Stone; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Chaney, Thaylen Stone, Titus Stone and Ivy Scout Armstrong. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces.
