He is survived by: his son Norton Prout (Susu); his brother Lee Prout (Mary Lee); his stepgrandsons, Christopher Pow and Harrison Pow; his nieces, Ann Meredith Meador (Murray), Laura Prout Oppenhimer and Katie Prout Matias (Florian); and his nephew Dan Prout (Susan).
