He was predeceased by: his parents, Tounie Rebecca and Columbus Jowers; his wife Norma Jean (Malone); and his children, Joseph Todd, Janice Elizabeth West (Beth) and Anjanette Mills (Angel).
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Christine Garner (Christy); his brothers, Johnny Jowers and Lonnie Jowers; his grandchildren, Lydia Bedsole Williams (Mark), Jessica Campbell (Allen), Drew Bedsole, Marc Mills (Cassie), Harvey West Jr., Amanda Raybon (Kyle) and Ashley Parnell (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Emma Grace, Nathan, Abbie, Syelar, Adaline, Jack and Ayden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
