He was predeceased by: his son Colten Bryant Moore; his brother Ryan Moore; and his grandparents, Charles Moore, Evelyn Smyly and James M. Smyly.
He is survived by: his mother Dixie Smyly Moore; his son Hunter Shawn Moore; his siblings, Michael Moore and Betsy Eaves; and his grandmother Eleanor Moore.
