She is survived by: her children, Carol Cleveland Capell (Richard), David Wayne Cleveland (Donna) and Richard Ray Cleveland (Diane); and her siblings, Mary Luker Brown, Sara Luker Rinehart and James Luker (Bobbie). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
