It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raiford Garfield Duncan of Demopolis, Alabama, born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Y. C. Duncan and Sallie Bell Duncan; his brother Lloyd Duncan; and his nephews, Gray Collins and John Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Elouise S. Duncan; his daughters, Angie Swiney (Mike) and Tionna Dickinson (Chris); his sister Elsie Collins; and his grandchildren, Ashley Ryan (Ronnie), Elizabeth Rodgers, Rodney Swiney, Cade Dickinson and Grant Dickinson. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
