He was predeceased by: his brother Bill Vice. He is survived by: his wife Lorene Cook Vice; his children, James Cook, Sherline Hudson (Mike) and Lynn Laham (David); his brother Terry Vice; and also, Buddy Cook, Vice Cook and Cecil Cook (Becka).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
