With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Higley Parr of Demopolis, Alabama, who passed away on January 24, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Howard and Irma Parr. He is survived by: his wife Paula Dunagan Parr; his sons, James "Jim" Howard Parr (Amy) and Joseph "Joe" Higley Parr (Mary Ruth); his sister Mary Anna Parr; and his grandchildren, Anna Grace, Emma Kate and Shep Parr.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Demopolis or Bigbee Humane Society.
