She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy M. Phillips and Velma Lee Strickland Phillips; her husband Wesley Hedrick; her son Mike Hedrick; and her sister Opal Booen.
She is survived by: her children, Chad Hedrick (Deborah), Eric Roman and Lynn Ulrich (Gary); her siblings, Ruth Symon (Billy), Julie Dailey (Jim) and Ronnie Phillips (Sharon); her grandchildren, Hannah Roman, Hayden Roman, Cade Hedrick, Josh Stevenson, Beck Yon, Thomas Ulrich (Kelsie), Phillip Ulrich, Ryan Michael Hedrick, Trey Hedrick and Lauren Tatum; her great grandchildren, Wesley Carroll, Lexie, Elie Hedrick, Jacob and Olivia; and her granddaughter Summer Carrol.
