He was predeceased by: his parents, Brutus A. Fowler and Effie Fowler; and his siblings, Harold Fowler, Hubert Fowler and Lois Herren.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Fowler; his sister Carolyn Miles (Ronald); his children, Randy Fowler (Pam) of Demopolis, Donna Bozeman (Scott) of Demopolis and Kim Childers (Lance) of Skipperville, AL.; and his grandchildren, Kelly Coleman (Coley), Kory Fields (Skip), Kendall Ferrell (Trey) and Michael Bozeman. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
