Edith Green Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2020, at the age of 88, Edith Green of Demopolis, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alpheus Brown Drake and Reba Avery Drake; her husband Edward W. Green; her sister Mary Elizabeth Drake Lavender of Eutaw, AL; and her sisters-in-law, Eleanor Drake of Uniontown, AL and Betty Joe Drake of Greensboro, AL. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Southern Care Hospice in Demopolis, AL or to the American Cancer Society.
