With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Corinne Bailey Slayden (Demopolis, Alabama), born in Clarksville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 30, 2018 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gray Eugene Slayden; and her brothers, James Edmond Bailey and Tyler Calhoun Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Shaw (Troy) of Bluffton, S. C., Caroline Hill of Petal, Guy E. Slayden Jr. (La Verne) of Dadeville and Reid C. Slayden (Linda) of Carson City; and her sisters, Eleanor Bailey Hay and Maria Bailey Goodloe. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Livingston Presbyterian Church.
