He is survived by: his wife Wanda Goggins Rogers; his son William Broughton Walters (Tasha) of South Carolina; and his brothers, James B. Rogers, Jr. (Paige) of Singapore, Richard B. Rogers (Johnna) of Mobile, AL, Mabry Rogers (Jeanne) of Birmingham, AL and Steve Rogers of Lexington, KY.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
