He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Coleston Fultz and Ada Puckett Fultz; and his sister Darlene Wiggins (Charles). He is survived by: his wife Lillie Erlene Sammon Fultz; his children, Bobby Allen Fultz, Teresa Lynn Fultz and Christy Fultz Fasciglion (Frank); and his brother Jerry Fultz (King). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to St. Jude Hospital.
