Benjamin Sherrod Jr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2025, at the age of 87, Benjamin Sherrod Jr. of Demopolis, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Benjamin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Benjamin farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Herndon and Kathleen Simpson Sherrod. He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Sherrod III and Tara McKay; and his siblings, Sue Dollins, Kathleen Sherrod and Ed Key.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery.
