He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel; his son David Timothy; his brother Joe Pearson; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Ray, Louise Pearson, Merrill Gross, Bill Ray and Johnny Spencer.
He is survived by: his sister Rosalie Westbrook Gross; his children, Becky Bannon (Mike) and Gary Westbrook (Tina); his grandchildren, Brad Bannon (Lauren), Rob Bannon (Kelly), Haley Westbrook Kirkpatrick (Sam) and Lindsey Westbrook Lee (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Laney Bannon, Bates Bannon, Ann Hayes, Sam Kirkpatrick, Brooks Lee and Kate Lee; and also, Jackie Solomon Spencer, Emmett Solomon, Lillian Solomon, Charles Solomon and Joyce Solomon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
