He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Watkins and Marie Holloway Watkins; his siblings, Katherine Watford (Edwin) and Jimmy Watkins; and his niece Kay Watford.
He is survived by: his wife Delta Hughes Watkins; his children, Lora Butler (Max) of Griffin, GA and Barkley Watkins; his grandchildren, Camden and Logan Watkins; his siblings, Wayne Watkins (Joan) and Charlene Howell (Ralph); and his sister-in-law Mary Watkins. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
