He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Herbert Forbus and Eula Gay Sims Forbus; and his siblings, Marie Craft, Levis Morrow and Vernal Forbus.
He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Forbus and Janice Forbus of Delta; his nieces, Sherry Wilfert, Cathy Palmer, Becky Bowling and Melissa Tarrent; and his nephew Lynn Forbus.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville Is (89076 AL-9, Lineville, AL 36266). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Baptist Church (North).
