He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Curvin and Mildred Cochran; and his sister Elaine Motes. He is survived by: his children, Tyler Curvin (Tylor Shay), Crystal Cavender (Steven) and Amy Holley (Jason); his grandchildren, Hunter, Ethan, Jacob, Isaac, Katie, Emma and Tanner; and his brother Randy Curvin. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
