He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Clayton Moore and Eunice Leola Sims Moore; and his brother Wayne Moore. He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Autry (Keith) of Goodwater, Charles Moore Jr. (Wanda) of Goodwater and Nathan Moore (Sara) of Barfield; and his siblings, Joann Moore of Delta, Geraldine Welch (Lamar) of McDonough, GA and Ralph Moore of Delta. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
