He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Dowdney; his parents, Cecil Hand Dowdney and Lora King Townley; his brother Tommy Dowdney; and his stepdaughter Amy Reynolds.
He is survived by: his children, Barry Dowdney and Angela Barnett; and his stepchildren, John Siegert and Theresa Lynn.
Mr. Dowdney was a man of faith, hard work, family and charity and will be missed by many in our community.
